Designers of The Pad are billing it as the “most technologically advanced building in the planet.”  Occupying 24 floors, its 231 "smart apartments" not only resemble an iPhone, but emulate its customizability.

Some of the promised amenities -- excuse me, "iFeatures" -- are to include "iArt" (downloadable artwork), a health monitor in the bathroom, even an "iReality" feature that project real-time views of other citys on the walls of your apartment.

The Pad is schedule to open towards the end of 2009, so start saving your sheckels now.
