Analysis:

News: presented in a very easy-to-preview iPhone style.

Photos: various election related photos are displayed in this rather cool interface

Notice that every article comes with the option to "Text to a friend" and "Email to a friend". And it's not just news articles you can text or e-mail, it's photos, videos, quotes, and stats.
